Mubasher: The shareholders of Tamdeen Investment approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 12% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2018.

Tamdeen Investment will pay 12 fils per share as a dividend to the entitled shareholders or records on 21 May 2019.

The dividends are scheduled to be paid on 28 May, Tamdeen said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

During FY18, the company achieved a 10.1% year-on-year increase in profits to KWD 7.39 million from KWD 6.71 million in FY17.
